The Friends of the Library of Le Sueur Foundation provides support to the Le Sueur Public Library via volunteer hours and financial gifts. Purchases gifted to the library include books, DVDs, programs for both adults and children (such as author visits, performing arts, Summer Reading Program, Play Cafe, and 1000 Books Before Kindergarten), furniture and equipment and supplies which are beyond the scope of the county budget for the library. The Friends membership consists of about 125 households.
